RCM Zar was born from over two decades of frontline experience navigating the complexities of healthcare finance and revenue cycle management within some of the industry's most demanding environments. Our founder, Neville Zar, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, having transformed RCM operations for large-scale organizations including national healthcare providers, leading technology platforms like Athenahealth, major consulting firms like Deloitte, and large health systems such as Steward Health Care.

Throughout this journey, managing vast operations processing hundreds of millions of claims annually, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, and leading thousands of employees, a clear need emerged: healthcare organizations require RCM partners who possess not just theoretical knowledge, but deep, practical understanding gained from direct operational leadership. Experiencing driving digitization, implementing cutting-edge technologies like AI and Machine Learning within RCM, and delivering tangible results like significant cost reductions and revenue growth is paramount.
